Interpretation
The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

• Product refers to the tool offered for sale on the Service.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Products from Us.
• Service refers to the Website.
• Website refers to TRENDRUNNER, accessible from https://cfds.com
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Products or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. You can claim a refund within 14 days if you will provide appropriate (clear) screenshots or recorded videos as proof that the product is not working. TrendRUNNER technical team will review it very carefully and after approval of our technical team, we can discuss a refund. You did not receive our product within 14 days. Our product does not support your MT4 tool. You have to share screenshots of this situation too.
Note: After 14 days of purchasing our product, you can not appeal for a Refund and TrendRUNNER does not accept (or Recognise) PayPal 180 Days Refund Policy – https://developer.paypal.com/docs/admin/refunds/ and others payment gateway.
Conditions for Returns
• For the Products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
• The Products were purchased within the 14 days
• If the product is not working or not supporting the mt4 tool.
• you did not copy the product.
